Interior Connections is not liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. If you are referred to another website by external links, Interior Connections is not in control of this websites, and when you leave this website, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for anything on another website. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
Orders and availability
Interior Connections acts as a vehicle for people looking online for interior design services. When someone wants to engage in one of the services offered, he/she contacts the company required, and any contract taken out, remains with the individual company.
Payment and agreements are made directly to the company/ies involved. Interior Connections cannot take any liability or responsibility for any transactions.
Items on sale through the Shop are purchased directly with the individual selling the item. Interior Connections again cannot take any liability or responsibility for any transactions via the Shop.
All products have been handmade by the participants of Interior Connections.
Some of the companies featured on Interior Connections do charge VAT. Prices may change from time to time.
You can make your payment using PayPal with the individual sellers on the Shop. Otherwise, by arrangement with the individual company you are purchasing from. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. Non PayPal customers can pay with their credit card via the PayPal interface without needing to to register. Cheques can be used for payment but these must clear before any Shop item can be despatched – usually 5 working days.
All transactions shall be made in UK Sterling, and as the buyer, should you be overseas with a different currency, you will be liable for any exchange charges made by your provider.
Goods are supplied to UK addresses with free postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. Alternatively, goods may be collected from addresses in Surrey area, depending where the seller lives. We use reputable courier services with a tracking ability.
If goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your order reaches its destination. Interior Connections or the seller is not responsible for these charges and we cannot make any calculations nor estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local custom authorities for further information.
If you are ordering internationally, please contact us before you place your order for a delivery quote, and this will be added to your order once it has been accepted and agreed.
We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct and we aim to keep this website updated as much as possible.
We make every effort to ensure that the products are photographed in their true likeness as much as possible. However, images can look different on various computer monitors and therefore exact colour matches are not possible. Swatches of fabrics and sample paint pots are available to order. However, fabric shades may vary slightly from swatches.
Please refer to the individual seller for their returns policy.
Cancellation of orders
We reserve the right to cancel purchases and orders for any reason prior to despatch. If orders are cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to these orders.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours and let us know your name, date of order and order content. If the order is for bespoke items and has already been started, then we cannot cancel the order.
Interior Connections will not share your details with anyone.

All content, graphics, photography, icons, images featured has had the permission granted to be used on this website by the different companies represented. We ask you not to share, download or use these. However, if you wish to share our website or information through social media we ask that you provide our full URL and that all credits are made to Interior Connections.
